Relationship management and continuous growth of publisher accounts Establishing new partnerships and optimizing revenue stream for existing publisher portfolio
Analyzing daily trends and making suggestions on scaling publisher activity Support the Business Development team and the Sales Manager in continuous sales efforts
Working with AdOps, Product and Integration teams internally to support publisher needs and wants
Act as a key point of contact for the company management
Lead monthly business reviews internally
Establish and evaluate performance metrics of the Account Management vertical and team
Recruit, train and manage team members in the Account Management vertical
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
