5. Should have expertise in Trademark registration and all intellectual property related matters.
6. Candidate should proficient and expert in vetting different types of contract and identifying risk factors in it and providing solutions or negotiating with the party for the same
7. To update company with any legislative changes
8. to coordinate with lawyers on various projects
9.To effectively review and handle day to day transaction business.
10. Interdependently responding to legal notices or letters
