• Managing Fleet and daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
• Maintaining the daily metrics – SLA Adherence, Billing TAT, Delivery TAT, COD Settlement, Customer Complaints and Post Billing Returns
• Pharmacy Store Relations. Work with Pharmacy (often on-site at their location) to launch and refine the fulfillment process
• Closure of all delivery related Fresh desk tickets (Customer Complaints) with in timeline
• Managing Deliveries and TAT metrics through Third party Logistics Partners
