Job role:
Receive training and perform duties in several departments such as Finance, Client Services, Sales and Operations.
Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
Proactively engage in business development activities for the vertical selected
Monitor performance progress with management & Report on progress of goals and objectives
These activities need to be undertaken through research, intel, networking, internet, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, excel creation, strategic planning and customer service as needed.
Assist the Management team during the business follow ups, arranging the meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
Develop business models and projections on the basis of understanding of the market dynamics and Client business
Develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate)
Involve in day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
