- Leading, planning and implementation of projects in coordination with internal/external stakeholders for , drainage, plumbing, site utility development etc. for
- Participate in the agenda preparation for project team meetings: organize meetings, prepare slide decks and give inputs to minutes and action plans with Design, quality ,vendor, contractor , agencies, internal team management etc
- Planning and scheduling project timelines in close coordination with various suppliers and agencies and ensure to complete the deliverables on time
- Ensure scope management
- Ensure quality management
- Support on Budget control and management
- Ensure Implementation of good construction practice
- System of Record keeping
- Preparing and presenting project progress, challenges, delay analysis and change management and way forward reports
- Bill checking and certification
- Safety management during works
- Should have hands on experience in plant maintenance related to MEP and civil and well adverse of preventive and break down maintenance activities.
