Preparation of client presentations, briefing memos, arranging client meetings, and logging of call reports to record client meeting outcomes
Coordinate and ensure completion of New Client Adoptions and escalated periodic KYC reviews
Prompt handling, in coordination with relevant internal teams, of client queries / instructions that may relate to time-sensitive deals, cash payments, FX, credit facilities, etc.
Respond to internal compliance / AML / sanctions related queriesOther duties as assigned to assist Relationship Managers to drive sales
Scheduling and running the tasks as part of assigned project in line with the agreed timelines
Work together with multiple teams on stated objectives.
