Key Skill Set Required: -

1. Handling multiple stakeholders like client’s logistics team, truck drivers, internal backend teams, field technicians etc. to resolve client’s issue resolution.
2. Client relations Management – Customer centric service delivery and relationship building.
3. Service desk team for inbound calling process.
4. Strong verbal and written communication.
5. Ability to learn the software and suggest new processes.
