Take up a role of service delivery manager and fulfill the hiring requirements shared by the client
Create a daily, weekly and monthly plan to fulfill the bulk hiring requirements received form the client across the zone.
Review, plan and improvise recruitment process (Funnel from line-up to closure)
Lead a team of recruiters, team leaders and be accountable for their performances
Plan and execute bulk drives and job fairs as required.
Proven experience as Operations manager / Sourcing manager / Category manager in recruitment Industry
Experience in managing teams with at least 2 layers / levels
Understanding of all recruitment methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media groups, LinkedIn and job portals
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
A leader and strategic thinker
