The Personal Secretary would need to assist the Director and in providing all assistance like fixation and tracking of appointments, meetings, Letter/Mail drafting, compiling, preparing reports, presentations. Handling Communication and co-ordination between clients, management. Maintain records in the digital, file and ensure it is available whenever required. Alert Director about cancellations or new meetings. Client Management: - Leads details, invoicing, trackers, planning and anticipation of expenses. Reminding on the pending work and ensuring its completion. Scheduling the work based on priority. Booking travel arrangements and accommodation whenever necessary, pleasent personality and open to travel for meeting outside delhi.
