- Create content and training modules for all new joiners and existing employees in the organization for both classroom based and virtual delivery methodologies
- Conduct Training Need Analysis for all functions and create weekly/monthly training plans and an annual training calendar
- Deliver in-depth product and process training to all employees across all functional areas
- Provide training to the relevant employees of all functions to ensure the optimum building of the brand's image to the clients of the organization
- Review the ROI of all of the training initiatives undertaken and understanding where further gaps lie.
- Take a data driven approach to understanding performance issues through suggestions and inputs from top management and work towards mitigating the same through various forms of training, coaching, and developmental processes.
- Continuously review/audit the training content and promote opportunities for experiential learning, e-learning, and self-directed learning across various departments in the organization.
- Provide Leadership with Product and process Management training to mid level leadership layer of organization.
- Ensure to constantly upskill current employees and their skillsets as per the new innovations, trends, and concepts brought into the industry
