| · Personality traits- energetic, learning quotient, focus on customer, products and processes. |

| · Education- 10th standard |

| · Other requirements- Should know the regional language (spoken), basic arithmetic, usage of system like email. |

| · Non-negotiables- experience in sales retail, Ability to communicate in English and preferred local language, having the right set of documents (appointment letter, salary slip etc.). |
