Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Associate -Pharma to build supply for existing pharma projects and new initiatives.

Purchase Associate-Pharma responsibilities include researching new vendors, negotiating prices, onboarding vendors and maintaining key relationships with the same. Familiarity with pharma supply chain or business development is a plus.

Ultimately, you will build a strong network of key pharma players for existing and future projects.

Responsibilities

• Research potential vendors
• Onboard vendors for our online and offline pharma businesses.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Prepare cost analyses
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Vendor relationship management
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.

Required Skills

• 1+ years' experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Wholesale Pharma Distributor experience.
• Should be known about local market of Medicines (Mandis)
• Able to get new suppliers from Pharma
