Quality Analyst

Job Role :

• To manage transaction quality profile for a customer service/collection process for our client
• To conduct audits as per defined guidelines and sampling for transaction monitoring
• To create and publish regular audit reports with management and clients

Job Requirement :

• Good communication skills
• 1+ year of experience as QA
• Should be well versed with MS Office
