- End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn) and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
- Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, assess potential candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Screening, Shortlist resumes Corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interview, and Follow-up.
- Handling the End-to-End life cycle of Recruitments from Sourcing to joining for all Levels.
- Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Headhunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.
- Evaluating the candidate’s skills Confidence level and Presentation.
- Responsible for handling walk-In interviews.
- Meet monthly/quarterly Targets.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
