Coordination and administration of routine high volume hiring transactions for assigned business/ geographical territory.
Candidate generation and supporting high volume hiring needs through internal & external channels.
Build strong relationships and network with candidates and internal/ external stakeholders.
Responsible to engage closely with the team of ground recruiters deployed through hiring partners and construct a highly motivated and performance driven workforce.
Generate reports related to recruiting tasks at a defined cadence.
Handling staffing partners to fulfill hiring requirements across south.
Responsible for end to end onboarding process (requirement sharing with staffing partner, selection process, approval & onboarding process).
Tracking and maintenance of headcount on Daily basis and sharing the Headcount to all the Vendors & aligning the vendors to work for the same.
Developing strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers for Planning Hiring Activities.
L&D Coordination to arrange trainer & training Venue to conduct training sessions as scheduled.
Vendor Engagements: providing solution for vendor queries.
Conducting referral event in delivery stations & coordinating with station team.
Maintains recruitment database and recruiting materials. Tracking performance of staffing partners on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
Handling Attendance Reports on First Day of Joining at Training Venue.
Conducting preliminary discussion with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary, other Benefits, etc.)
