Should be able to recruit for all NON-IT Positions - such as recruitment for brands, Ecommerce, FMCG, Digital agencies, fashion brands, media & entertainment etc.
Manage and oversee the recruitment for all vacant positions with our clients.
Act as a point of contact for all assigned clients, cultivate relationships with them and coordinate with them on a daily basis.
Organizing and attending client meetings so as to discuss the different job openings. This will also help the recruitment manager understand the work culture of our client in detail.
Develop a candidate pipeline by discovering the untapped sources of talent through creative sourcing techniques (i.e. social media, professional networking, etc.)
Creating and monitoring the job postings.
Conducting the final round of interviews and deciding if a candidate would be the right fit for the client.
Fulfilling the mandates in a timely and efficient manner.
Will be actively involved in the salary negotiations or any escalations (if any).
