Job Duties :
-Sell a Holiday membership to the clients.
-Leads will be given through our Telecalling team, candidates have to action those leads.
-Client is usually Upper Middle Class people so Communication should be really good.
-Candidates have to travel anywhere around Mumbai according to Client's convenience.
-Should be willing to travel anywhere in Mumbai
-Should have the sales drive in him.
-These employees would operate out of our branch office
-Should be able to handle pressure and should reflect maturity.
-
Candidate should be Able to Handle HNI Customers and Other High Profiles should be Presentable and should not be from Field Sales like Selling Sim Cards and other Day to Day Products
Other Requirements
-Target based job. (minimum 3 targets per month)
-Incentive based job. ( Fancy incentives)
-Candidate should be a Graduate
-Should be good at communication skills with a pleasing personality (English proficiency in particular)
-Should be comfortable working on Saturday & Sunday
-Would get any one weekly off between Monday to Thursday
-Sales Executives would be on Club Mahindra payroll.
