Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle office space rental enquiries by phone, email & chat.
  • Identify prospective tenants from the enquiries received.
  • Cross sell our real estate investment opportunity to them.
  • Identify prospective buyers by contacting Real Estate Investors.
  • Build a network of prospective tenants & buyers in LinkedIn.
  • Help Digital Marketing Team constantly in Marketing Activities.
  • Update and Manage the CRM data of all the prospects generated.
  • Manage periodical emails & WhatsApp messages.
