Job Summary
We are Ishan Ceramics Pvt.Ltd we required candidate for B.D.M (Maintain healthy relations with Dealers, Architects, Contractors, Builders) .
Candidate Must be from Agra Location Only.
- Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients. Take a solutions and consultative sell approach to ensure clients’ needs are accurately met.
- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets. Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Undertake cold calling, ensuring that the number of calls meets call targets as set by management. Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets targets as set by management.
- Develop new business contacts from nominated prospects and the prospect universe.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities, assess competitor activity and interest and, in consultation with the Sales Manager, make the decision to proceed with the contact strategy.
- Extend existing products into new market areas by approaching new clients, presenting proposals and closing the sale.
- Plan sales strategy, qualify business issues and create consultative dialogue.
- Continually improve customer service, understanding client requirements and ensuring product is appropriately represented to the client.
