Roles and Responsibilities

• Taking incoming and making outgoing calls.
• Follow up of all leads received, ensuring entry of each lead in CRM.
• Data management of all call records/leads received through social media channels and closing of each lead satisfactorily with an aim to convert it into a confirmed customer.
• Work according to the instructions of the Sales Manager.
• The only goal is to convert customers.
