Job description

  • Responsible for generating business leads for the company and converting those leads.
  • Responsible for presentations to clients and client's tie-ups.
  • Ensure to greet the clients, attend and take the clients on-site visits.
  • Respond to all incoming calls and complete appropriate other work for entire sales
  • Completing the life cycle of leads i.e. site visits and closing the sales.
  • Execute task to make outgoing calls to all or any past and prospective customers
  • Organize and prepare inventory as asked by the team leader.
  • Participate willingly in entire pieces of training for real estate sales.
  • Perform to steady enhance sales performance and effectiveness
  • Understand the actual requirement of the customer and sell the product according to their needs.
