Job Title: Sales Executive/Sales Engineer
Summary
This position is responsible for achieving 100% sales target and develop and maintain relationship with new and existing clients.
Responsibilities and duties
- To generate leads through various sources consultants, builders, hospitality, institute and health care
- To generate maximum number of meetings with new clients
- Should do proper need analysis after interacting with the client/End user
- To make the report of need analysis and discuss it with the business development head
- To forward the need analysis and coordinating for offer from proposal team
- To negotiate work order terms and conditions wherever necessary
- Meeting existing client and generating reference and resolving issues
- Visit Conferences, Trade Meetings, Exhibitions
- Co-ordinate with account team for recovery, if required
- Weekly sales report needs to be made and presented during the meeting
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria:
Education – BA, Bcom, B.Sc Graduate (Chemistry, Environment Science), Diploma mechanical, Civil Engineer, MBA (Fresher), BE, HSC, SSC, BMS
Experience – Minimum 6 month in Environment/ Real Estate Sector/ Industrial Zone Most Preferable
