Job Description for Sales Manager:
1. Having a minimum 5 years of experience in the seeds Industry. ( Soyabean, Cotton, Paddy, Wheat, Red Gram)
2. Having a Good distributor (Turnover > 75lakhs/Distributor) network (minimum 5) in the area he has worked.
3. One should have a good farmer network as well. ( at least 500 farmer data)
4. One Should have their own vehicle if not the company can also provide them.
