Job description
Position Requirements-
Lead generation, cold calling, fixing appointments via emails and calls.
Data collation of prospective clients
Have thorough knowledge and understanding of the projects’ budgets (cost out) document in order to assist in making accurate cost calculations
Communicate with Business Development teams in other Bare offices where necessary to gather global pricing.
Prepare documents related to a formal bidding process and prepare, follow up on agreements.
Analyze client needs and key drivers (in collaboration with BD management and Client Services and operations when necessary)
Maintain sales tracker for a weekly update and generate sales reports
Manage internal systems from a Business development perspective.
Work in collaboration with marketing to create social media initiatives that facilitate sales
Understand the system & assist in pitching pilot programs
Competition Analysis, Benchmark studies & white paper analysis
Prepare Client presentations and attend client meetings if required
Other duties as assigned
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
2 -3 years experience in Client Services, Business Development or sales.
Customer Experience Research/Mystery Shop Industry experience preferred
Competency Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to sell a service and to interact with clients and at all levels of the organization by email or phone in a professional manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills required; ability to listen, ask for clarification, and accept feedback. Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
Ability to persuade prospect clients for meetings/appointments
Should be able to manage multiple projects at different stages in a deadline-driven environment
