Job Description

Position Requirements- 

  • Lead generation, cold calling, fixing appointments via emails and calls.
  • Data collation of prospective clients
  • Have thorough knowledge and understanding of the projects’ budgets (cost out) document in order to assist in making accurate cost calculations
  • Communicate with Business Development teams in other Bare offices where necessary to gather global pricing.
  • Prepare documents related to a formal bidding process and prepare, follow up on agreements.
  • Analyze client needs and key drivers (in collaboration with BD management and Client Services and operations when necessary)
  • Maintain sales tracker for a weekly update and generate sales reports
  • Manage internal systems from a Business development perspective.
  • Work in collaboration with marketing to create social media initiatives that facilitate sales
  • Understand the system & assist in pitching pilot programs
  • Competition Analysis, Benchmark studies & white paper analysis
  • Prepare Client presentations and attend client meetings if required
  • Other duties as assigned

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

  •  2 -3 years experience in Client Services, Business Development or sales.
  • Customer Experience Research/Mystery Shop Industry experience preferred


Competency Skills: 

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to sell a service and to interact with clients and at all levels of the organization by email or phone in a professional manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required; ability to listen, ask for clarification, and accept feedback. Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
  • Ability to persuade prospect clients for meetings/appointments
  • Should be able to manage multiple projects at different stages in a deadline-driven environment
  • Analyse data
  • Strong interpersonal skills, extrovert and social
