One of our Direct End Client is hiring for candidate with experience in Salesforce/Servicemax to work from their offshore office located in Chennai/Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Salesforce/ Force.com development using customization and configuration
- Handful of experience on Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- ServiceMax- Field Service Management Administration and Configuration
- Good understanding of Salesforce Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Salesforce:
- Creation of Users, Objects, Custom Fields, Formula Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Roles, Profiles, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Field Update, Email Alerts, Task Creation, Process Builder, Email templates.
- Managing Sharing Settings, Creating Sharing Rule, Permission Sets, User Detail Page.
- Apex, Visualforce Page, Standard Controller, Custom Controller, Extension
- Apex Data Loader,Import Wizards, Change Sets, Implementation from Sandbox to Production using Change Sets.
- Designed Profiles, Roles based on Organization role hierarchy and implemented Record-Level and Field-Level security and configured their sharing settings.
- Worked on various Salesforce.com standard objects like Case Management, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Content, Reports and Workspaces.
- Described organization hierarchy and built profiles, roles accordingly in Salesforce; managed on visibility and security settings around them as required by the business.
- Interpret business requirements into SFDC system functionality. Identify, evaluate, test and deploy solutions.
ServiceMax:
- ServiceMax Administration and Configuration across Account, Service Contract, Installed Product, Work Order, Work-order details, Parts Order.
- SFM ( ServiceMax flow manager) configuration across objects.
- Configuration of dispatch console view according to different region and service teams.
