Key Responsibilities :
- Recruits, Trains, Monitors and Enhances team for customer support
- Ensures customer support processes are timely reviewed to latest expectations of client and management
- Maintain highest quality of customer service at all times by maintain keen watch on customer feedbacks
- To manage files and MIS tables as per management requirements for review and decision making
- Identifies and coaches resources with the required caliber time to time
Skill Set :
- Prior experience as a Team Leader in a call Centre set up will be preferred
- Should have prior experience of managing a team size of 15 - 20 employees
- Ability to follow the system, process and policies to ensure seamless service to customers and clients
- To approach and deal with customer grievances and feedback with sensitivity
