Role : Team Leader
Designation : Senior Executive - CRM
Key Responsibilities :
Recruits, Trains, Monitors and Enhances team for customer support
Ensures customer support processes are timely reviewed to latest expectations of client and management
Maintain highest quality of customer service at all times by maintain keen watch on customer feedbacks
To manage files and MIS tables as per management requirements for review and decision making
Identifies and coaches resources with the required caliber time to time
Skill Set :
Prior experience as a Team Leader in a call Centre set up will be preferred
Should have prior experience of managing a team size of 15 - 20 employees
Ability to follow the system, process and policies to ensure seamless service to customers and clients
To approach and deal with customer grievances and feedback with sensitivity
