Roles and Responsibilities,
Accompanied customers during the flat inspection.
Record the snags from customers and report the same to the concerned department for de-snagging.
Documentation is to be maintained in both physical copies and MIS.
Follow up on de snagging with the concerned department.
Review the final inspection snags with the customer and sign off on the snags.
Accompany customers for site visits.
Traveling across all the projects and assisting CRM executives at the site.
Update weekly MIS.
Handing over the flats across all projects.
Handover kit and key maintenance.
Maintain the documentation of the handover book.
Handover the fit-out form and 25K interior deposit cheque to the facility
