Execute Industrial transactions such as land sale or lease, industrial shed sale or lease, ready of built-to-suit sale or lease.
Business Development, relationship building, networking with Clients, Developers, Law firms & technical consultants.
CRM & Key Account Management.
Concurrently act as landlord/developer/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and effectively negotiate business terms & conditions.
Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
Prepare information memorandums, conduct financial analysis, site inspections, market intelligence, and seek inputs from solicitors, legal consultants & Government bodies.
Ensuring optimum client engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
Skills Required:
MBA with Min. 4-6 years of experience in Client facing role
Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team.
Should have sales experience in real estate sector with an IPC (International Property Consultant).
Track record in negotiations, deal closure and Customer Relationship Management.
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
Knack for problem solving and strong analytical & finance skills.
Understanding of business operations and macro-economic dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
