Skills Required
1) Handle In-Store customers walk-ins and provide consultative inputs for purchase from our range of products.
2) Assist in overall Center management, Operations & maintenance.
3) Extensive experience in Furniture & in selling comparable products.
4) Achieving & exceeding the monthly targets of Revenue and any other metric as communicated
5) Generating Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports.
6) Basic understanding of Showroom Visual Merchandising to create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
Day to Day Activities
1) Daily Reports
2) Greet and direct customers
3) Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
4) Answer customers’ questions and objections about specific products/services
5) Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
6) Cross-sell products
7) Ensure center is maintained & welcoming
8) Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
9) Inform customers about discounts and special offers
10) Consolidate and share customer feedback to Reporting Manager
11) Stay up-to-date with new products/services
