Job description
Manpower management as per the cost guidelines is an expectation from the HUB Manager, this would include route & territory planning as per current customer density and managing cost.
Any addition of routes or changes to delivery team have to be executed as per the approval process and due diligence in consultation with the Cluster Manager
HM is the owner of the execution to be taken place on the field in partnership with the Cluster Manager – Leadership/ Good Communication/ On field stock reconciliation & Integrity are the required competencies for this role
Ensuring that Stock Returns/ Disputed Stock/ Leakages/Damages or Shortages are communicated immediately to the Cluster Managers and stakeholders at Fulfilment is extremely critical during operations
