• Handle P&L responsibility for the assigned area portfolio market
• Anchor responsibility for end-to-end operations
• Handle responsibility of beat optimization and develop network for first mile and last
mile delivery
• Onboard and retain Farmers, Retailers and Key Accounts through effective
relationship and engagement
• Roll-out schemes with minimum credit and replacement
• Establish and track work performance metrics in the team
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on lead generation
