Ideally candidates should already be doing a recruitment role in TA setup in a company on Third party roles.
Sourcing and collection of candidates data and profiles from Job Portals, Consultants, head hunting etc.
Should have managed job positing’s on Career Sites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Naukri etc
Exposure to Pre-hire due diligence TA processes like background verification, Social Media Check, Reference Check, Medical Check-up, etc.
Interview Coordination / MS teams invites (Scheduling telephonic and personal round of interviews and consequently coordinating with the hiring managers and the candidates
Worked on weekly / Monthly reports / Recruitment MIS
