Skills –
● 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Ops/Sales and internal team coordination.
● Candidate must know English, Hindi and Kannada (writing, reading and speaking)
● Should possess sound knowledge of MS excel and Google spreadsheet and moderate knowledge of MS word
and Google drive.
● Good communication skill to make a seamless coordination between Sales and Ops
● Fintech or automobile experience would be an extra advantage.
Responsibilities –
● Coordination with the Sales executive/TL/ASM to collect, verify the Vehicle’s post disbursal documents (PDD -
Invoice, Insurance, Agreement, Vehicle Number, Cheque and Booklet)
● Tracking the PDD to clear the pendency weekly and recording the receipt of the same on the system
● Assisting the field sales team for the fresh booklet distribution and documents collection
● Runner’s work alignment to clear the PDD backlog and NACH.
● Coordination between Sales and Ops on day to day basis to pass the customer disbursement status on real time.
