- Managing day to day planning, operational challenges and solving problems of a team of agents.
- Responsible for management of Engagement, Attrition and ESAT for the team
Qualification : Any Graduate
Required Candidate profile :
- Should have 3+ yrs of exp. in collections process & 1+ yrs in team handling
-Should know throughput calculations like attrition, shrinkage.
-Should be aware of KRAS, KPIS.
