Roles and Responsibility - Inside sales
1. Pitch various pre-approved loan offer available to the existing/new Pine Labs merchants, convince them to avail the offer by selling the value story, and handling objections, if any
2. Meet daily and weekly calling targets assigned by the manager, while maintaining healthy conversion rates and sales productivity.
3. Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure monthly sales targets are met
4. Ensure on-time follow-up with the prospects/leads to improve funnel conversion
5. Capture and share customer feedback related to the product/ industry/ market fitment with the manager and product teams
6. Assist customers with digital onboarding/loan application journey remotely, where required
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely disbursal of the loan or resolution on any customer issue/grievance
8. Calling to existing inactive merchants to increase utilization
9. Calling the existing borrowers not repaying the loan as expected, behind repayment schedule, or delinquent to ensure the loan is in good standing always
10. Escalate to the relevant authority for any customer issue pertaining to product or pre/post-sales processes and ensure timely resolution of the issue reported
11. Meet monthly sales, activation, utilization, and soft collections targets
12. Following quality parameters while talking or dealing with customers and clients
13.Will handling a team of Inside sales people and their performance.
