Role
•Shall work with content teams to create Animation, images as per storyboard needs
•Can ability to create a concept simply and entertainingly
•Work on animating scenes according to concept requirement
•Shall work creatively to produce original and aesthetically pleasing designs and solutions
•Create and gather necessary material specific to project requirements and scope.
•Collaborate with a cross functional team of designers, marketers, and engineers.
•Take animations from conceptualization to shipping without direction if necessary
•Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements
•will work with content SMEs to design, develop and maintain learning modules
•Work with development tools and templates to design and develop learning deliverables. Should be proficient in Articulate Storyline 360.
•Apply various instructional strategies , models, and theories to develop learning content to enhance learning transfer and greater on-the-job performance
Responsibility
•Responsible for OFF-SHORE and ON-SITE TEAM. Travel to ON-SITE office frequently and manage both team.
•Designing of course interface
•Plan training to employees and Onboard new hires to their role and ensure timely readiness
•Maintain Skill Database of the team
•Achieving the timeline
•Maintain the proper work flow
•Maintain project documentation and course folders
