Job description

Overall 2 to 3 years’ experience in Non-It Recruitment
Experience in managing the team and performance of the team
Experience in working in a target based environment
Experience in managing the client servicing and relationship
End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn) and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
Understand requirements and prepare Job Description (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria).
Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
Handling the End-to-End life cycle of Recruitments from Sourcing to joining for all Levels.
Meet monthly/quarterly Targets.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection proces
