Job description

Proper know how about all the products
Manage multiple calls, usually key accounts identified as high potential / high revenue generating
Ability to demonstrate the product
Ability to handle a team
Should be able to pick up the support calls on an individual level.
Documentation of the support calls
Ensuring the support calls going smoother and solving problems at a brisk pace
Analyze the cause and effect of the problem evolved in the product and accordingly communicate to the senior and technical team
Coordination with technical team to ensure effective communication on clients’ requirements
Establish contacts with client(s) to help build and manage existing customer relationships
Minimum qualification should be Class 12 pass
Candidate should have a Computer Hardware Certification.
