Telecaller

Job Description:

• To make Out bound Calls from new leads / Database assigned by the Team.
• Fixing appointments, Follow-up & Interaction with customers, Handling customer enquiries about Personal Loan.
• Understand the Profile of the customer and requirements and facilitate Personal Loan & Credit Card to the customers with a suitable Bank.
• Need to maintain regular follow up with the existing customers to build sales volume.
• To manage all documentation requirements of customers for Loan facilitation.
• Potential to develop cross selling activities on  Personal Loan.
• To act as a Team Player to accomplish individual and Team Targets.
