Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include but not restrict to:
1. Handle calls regularly of the after-sales services function
2. Manage telephonic interaction with the customers on queries, issues, etc.
3. Send daily call completion report to the supervisor
4. Handle all the customer complaints
5. Take follow-ups
