Call customers from the given data to enquire about their pending payments Trace customers whose contact details are not available Negotiate with the customer regarding the payments to be made Update feedback of each customer with respect to payments Maintain feedback file of customers
Desired Candidate Profile - DRA certified most Welcome
Strong verbal communication skills High level of confidence
Ability to handle customers over the phone
Good negotiation skills
Minimum Qualification- HSC pass
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
