Job Description

1. Taking customer queries from b2b portals such as Indiamart, Tradeindia, JD Mart etc.
2. Initial call to customers to understand their query.
3. Handling their concern and forwarding to concern department.
4. Sending catalogues and samples via couriers.
5. Follow-up and MIS reporting.

Candidate

1. Male or Female
2. Minimum Graduate
3. Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller.
