Job description

Appointment fixing for senior management for the sales meeting.
Calling Client for Contract and subscription Renewal.
Maintaining Subscription Database with proper updates.
Maintaining Subscription Forms & Payment receipts.
Customer Servicing & retention.
Attending phone calls and co-ordinating with clients.
Follow up regarding the payments.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.
Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
Answer, screen and transfer Inbound phone calls.
Tele calling for specific events invitation and database cleaning.
