Sales experience of Life Insurance products (tele calling).
To explain/demonstrate TMEs on product pitching/rebuttal/client handling.
Having experience in Team building & timely review of team performance.
Timely checking of calls quality & take necessary steps to improve if needed.
Should take escalation and convert prospects to successful conversion.
Should make outbound calls to generate leads.
Set up meetings on daily basis for sales team.
Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and
new clients.
Willing to cold call relentlessly to ensure monthly call schedule/meetings setup
target is met.
