Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Answer questions about products or the company
2. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
3. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
4. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements and skills:

1. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
2. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
3. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
