We now offer a variety of financial services such as Mobile Payments, Utility bill payments, Mobile / DTH recharge, money transfer and many more.
Position: Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Location: Pan India
Role Summary:
- Responsible for distributor & retail expansion, driving business in the respective territory.
- Build Sprint Pe brand and drive channel sales and distribution.
- Build a strong relationship with the local distributors, retailers and local regulatory bodies
- Drive sales in the city with local distributors and key retailers in the region/city/territory
- Execute local marketing and brand building strategies.
· Achieve and/or exceed Sales targets month over month.
- Monitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA with good academic record.
- Proven working experience of 2-5 years in channel sales and distribution, retail sales, business development.
- Preferred industries: telecom, fintech, handset, consumer durable, FMCG, paints etc.
- Exposure to the startup environment is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Problem solving abilities with strong bias for impact
- Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers
- Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative established targets and metrics.
