As a Field Sales Executive at Jyothy Labs, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution of our products within a designated territory.
You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
Identify and prospect new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase product visibility and market share.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Represent Jyothi Labs in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Proven experience in field sales or relevant sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
