Job Description:
1. Be the custodian of delivery experience for Jumbotail Customers by delivering products ordered by Customers to their delivery locations.
2. Ensure complete and in-time deliveries and provide the best customer experience.
3. Supervise labour and vehicle driver for loading and unloading of items and ensuring proper route adherence and material handling.
4. Manage payment collection and reconciliation as specified in the invoice. Also, be accountable to handover/deposit the collected to the Finance team at the end of the trip.
5. Responsible to ensure the entirety and confidentiality of the documents received (invoices, item lists, route plans, etc)
6. Escalate problems and concerns related to missing items, management, etc. proactively to Last Mile Manager and the Support team as per the policies.
7. Build lasting relationships with customers.
8. Support the Merchandising team by conveying launches of new products, offers and deals etc. to our customers.
9. Serve as a voice of the customer to the rest of the company
Skill & Knowledge Required:
1. Should be a team player with customer fanaticism, integrity and bias for action
2. Fluent in Kannada and able to communicate in Hindi/English with the customer and the Jumbotail Team
3. Ability to read/respond in English as most of our communications through app would be in English.
4. Should have the ability to do mental mathematics and use the calculator to perform calculations on refunds etc. accurately and quickly
5. Chould have experience of managing large volume of (Rs 50,000+) daily.
6. Comfortable in using smartphone and should own one. (Data Capturing, Google Maps, etc.)
7. Candidates having basic computing knowledge (such as MS Excel, MS Word, etc.) would be preferred but not mandatory.
8. Should own an Android smartphone (Android version 4.0.4+)
9. Having prior experience in Retail/Sales Operations would be a plus.
