To make sure no old shipment is present in the panel (New hub, Request sent and Waiting for Dispatch) without proper notes.
Make sure all the RTO- Delivered shipments should be accepted by the supplier in the “Rejected” tab.
To make sure the shipment which needs to be cancelled should not be dispatched and rejected on the Logistics panel.
Dispatch Management (WH+Logistics)
Make sure manifestation in ERP is completed on time and should be updated in the manifest sheet for the respective warehouse.(WH)
Ensure 100% pickups and escalate if there is any problem in the pickups.(Logistics)
Ensure 80% same day dispatches.(Logistics)
Packaging Management(Logistics)
To ensure flyer packaging wherever is required.
Damage Cases- RVP/RTO/Forward(Logistics)
Raise all the RVP/ RTO damage cases within 24 hrs. with videos and images by using Damage in transit form.
Share the packaging video for the forward damage cases within 24 hrs.
Check Box Labelling(WH)
Make sure all the labels are pasted before the partner arrives for the pickup.
Dispatch Handling
Make sure there is no mishandling of the shipments at the time of pickups.
